Delivery Time Guarantee Policy

1. 12 Minutes or Free: Terms & Conditions

Conditions:

• Not applicable on festivals, special occasions, or special offer days, including but not limited to:
  (26th January, 15th August, Holi, Faag, Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Dussehra, Christmas Day, 31st December, 1st January, etc.)

• Maximum refund amount: Rs.300.

• Offer not valid on Sundays.

• Not applicable on Buy One Get One or Buy 1 Get 2 offers.

• Not applicable in case of any technical glitch.

• Delivery time is measured from bill time to the time of arrival.

• Offer not applicable on bulk orders (3 or more baked products considered as bulk).

• Offer not applicable on 4-in-1 Pizza.

• 12-minute delivery is not applicable on @99 offer.
  Note: 12-Minute offer is applicable for Dine-In only.

Cancellation Policy:

The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled, either through the website or app or offline by calling the restaurant or our call center.
Cancellation of Order by Customer is Applicable only for Cash on Delivery Orders and in selected stores only.
Cancellation of Order by Customer will not be chargeable within 60 seconds of order placement.
Cancellation of Order by Customer is applicable for orders placed via App and is not applicable for orders placed from any other source.
Cancellation of order will not be allowed once the delivery executive reaches the Customer Location.
In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by restaurant. This refund will be returned on the actual source within 5 to7 working days. However, restaurant is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.
